About Kevin

Founding Owner and Managing Broker of Horizon View Properties, LLC, Kevin White was born and raised in Panhandle of Texas, had a love for the mountains and always dreamed of living in Colorado. In 1994 he moved his family to the beautiful State of Colorado and has been there ever since. Kevin was brought up in the world of Building Construction and Electrical Contracting. He owned and managed an Electrical Contracting Company, purchased /managed / and sold rental property, worked for a major corporation, and has been an active Colorado Real Estate Broker for over 10 years.

His journey through life broadened into years of sales and marketing experience in the corporate and real estate world and gave him an expanded range of business experiences. Through his experience in Electrical contracting he got into the field of Log Homes and Log Home construction. In 2006 Kevin and his wife Frances built their own custom Log Home in the foothills of Colorado. He maintains an extensive contact list with construction related and real estate related professionals across the state of Colorado. Kevin is recognized for his diplomatic & professional approach to negotiations, attention to details and his ability to think outside of the box. As an expert in Colorado real estate, Kevin has brought this unique combination of experience to his real estate company and can offer you the connections and networking to find the perfect property or the right buyer.
